  are there any Chinese sound to text converters out there? Will be much grateful if anyone can give me the site to download. Thanks in advance!!!

  have, but does not work well bcos of same sound can be represented by many difference characters
  
  so it may come out to be gibberish and someone has to correct the phrases with the right characters every time

  just curious, why you need such software?
  since you can speak chinese, it's much faster to type in pinyin inputs.
  If you know the strokes, using "wu bi"(for China) or "cang xie"(for HKer) is even faster.

  I think its more efficient to type in the chinese characters yourself. It may read accents and voices differently
