  i still can't figure out what i'm supposed to do to get GPRS. i'm supposed to send a message to singtel or something right??? at least that's how i remember i got it up and running for my nokia phone.
  
  and i have no idea how to connect to the internet via the phone

  Go to http://www.ideas.singtel.com/, see the centre page... go to the column that says "GPRS". It will provide u with a step by step guide. If still cannot, call ya sometimes friendly cust service officers.
