  Wait for Bill Gates to reply you, which can be anything from half an hour to a day, depending on the time you asked them. Don't forget that US time and Singapore time is different. Don't reply back to the support, because they won't reply you back. Instead, go back to the Support page, and ask again.

  Restart your computer and try again. Or reinstall, 7.5. Forget about MS' support... I think they'll just send some computer generated email instead?
