I'm trying to determine which is the best product for my purposes. I am hoping to make full use of my 40" TV, by connecting it to my PC to watch videos etc.
Someone previously reccommended DLink's wirless media players, and I think they are the only ones available on the market. Anyone know how it works? What I mean is, does this device transfer your whatever shows on your desktop to the TV or is the device limited to a program that plays your media on the TV?
You see, I was hoping of playing games from my computer wireless on my large screen TV as well.
Any help would be appreciated.
The devices I am referring to include: DSM320, DSM320RD.
The only other solution I can think of is to use is the Media Center Extender from Linksys. But that means I have to get XP Media Center on my comp. They don't retail the Media Center edition, but I found a patch/installation for that functionality.
