Windows XP problem

Hi ppl
I desparately need help here. I turned on my PC this morning and startup my windows, then I got the following message "Cservice.exe has encountered a problem" followed by "Application Error : Exception EFOpenError in module Cservice.exe at 00011A8F. Cannot open file "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSInfo\drsmartload758a.exe Access is denied"
Then I noticed that I`m unable to run Task Manager, when I did tat it says "Task Manager has been disabled by your system administrator". I`m also unable to turn off, restart my PC too. The function for it in the Start button is no longer there. I`m puzzled, I nvr got this kinda problem...

i think 1stly cservice is corrupted...try downloading the patch here...

and did u install any programs in the past few days? -

Check your registry to make sure that nothing is changed.
Go to Start, Run and type in regedit.
Make sure the values in your registry tally with those in blue:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"DisableTaskMgr"=dword:00000000
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Group Policy Objects\LocalUser\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System]
"DisableTaskMgr"=dword:00000000
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system\]
"DisableTaskMgr"=dword:00000000
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"DisableCAD"=dword:00000000
If they are not, right click, and select Modify. Type the correct values accordingly.
Can't find much info about drsmartload758a.exe, could be a malicious program. Update your antivirus and anti-spywares and do a scan for your computer. -

The nearest I can find is a Troj/Drsmartl-A from Sophos.
See if you can open Task Manager. If you are unable to, find it here:
C:\WINDOWS\TASKMAN.exe
End these programs: drsmartload.exe, drsmartload1.exe
Right click on these programs, and click End Process.
After ending the processes, go to Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
Find these programs and uninstall if they exist.

"Power Scan"
"Surf Accuracy"
"SideFind"
"TSA"
"YourSiteBar"
Next, go to your registry editor again. See if this key exist:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\drsmartload
If it exists, you probably have been hit.
Use Webroot Spysweeper to help you remove. -

One way would be to delete important system files, especially the files located in C:\Windows. It's best that one not touch the files there, unless you know what you are doing.
