slow internet...

  my internet seems to b running slowly...i tried downloading anime from a site and the speed range from 10+ - single digit...i m running on a 512 connection..singnet..i suspect it is my computer and that some program is slowing my computer..any solution?

  have you tried scanning for worms or spywares/adwares??

  Scan for spywares, adwares and viruses. If they are present, remove them. If your system is clean, wait for a few hours and then try downloading again. There may be a lot of people accessing the anime websites, making the downloads slow.

  i dont understand seah..sometime my internet okay okay..sometime can slow like crawling like that..is it me or singnet..btw..its especially slow at nite.. -.- geez..

  Most of the time, it's the users. Other times, it could be the ISP.
