torrent tracker problem

  i have some problems with the tracker for a particular torrent.
  
  for some reasons the tracker cant be tracked. got error. but 1-2 weeks ago i was able to dl from this torrent. only just now when i tried , then i started encountering the error.
  
  can anyone help?

  when i first started downloading a few weeks ago, i got speed from 40-60. 60 being my max. now i get like 0.01kps? or 1kps? weird. i dont understand why. when there is supposed to be a lot of seeders and leechers...
