  help. com suddenly reboots for no reason. after reboot. it display a message saying its a serious error regarding these programs C:\DOCUME~1\COMPAQ~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER886a.dir00\Mini061706-04.dmp
  C:\DOCUME~1\COMPAQ~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER886a.dir00\sysdata.xml
  
  tried to delete them but no use. help..

  clear those file in your temp folder away
  
  start > all program > accessories > system tools > disk cleanup

  Although reformatting can solve most problems, you should only use it as the last resort. If not, why is this forum set up in the first place?
  
  Shouldn't temporary files be cleared up after computer is shut down or reboot? Maybe you can try CCleaner

  Does the rebooting happened recently or did it just happened today? If it has been happening for the last few days, scan for viruses. Also check that the temperature is not too high. Anything above 50 degrees might cause problems. If it happened just today, check that computer temperature is not too high.
  
  If temperature is not the cause, try this:
  
  Open My Computer. Go to Tools, Folder Options.
  
  Select the View tab. In the Advanced Settings, select the Show Hidden files option. Try going to these folders and find those files and delete.

  u can check with Motherboard Monitor 5,a program that allow you to check ur oc temperature..u can choose to set ur settings or by the MBM 5 config wizard if ur mothorboard is listed..quite good although my computer have an error issue with the program being unable to start.

  i delete it keeps coming again. reformat le also lidat. i also find that the folder name in temp is diff almost everytime
