creative wireless bluetooth headset

  hi,
  anybody here have a creative bluetooth wireless headset (CB 2460)?
  
  u see, i just got it as a present and i am having probs pairing it with my hp.
  u see, after connecting (pairing it with my fone), when i make a call/receive a call, it disconnects! i mean the headset and fone disconnects!!
  also regarding charging the headset, when i plug it in, it charges (the LED lights up). but it switches it off after a min! does it mean it is still charging?
