cant change my homepage...

  No matter how i try to change my homepage by typing different address , it will stay as the link showed at the internet options window "http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?prd=ie&pver=6&ar=msnhome" which is msn.com.. and i even tried configuring it at the control panel -> internet options but it dont work...any suggestions?

  For IE, go to Tools, Internet Options. Click on the General tab. Under Homepage, type in the page you want it to be. For example, http://www.yahoo.com/
  
  For Firefox, go to Tools, Options. Select the General tab. Under Homepage, type in the page you want it to be.
