Anyone own these phones?

Short listed a few phones cause my plan is going to end in 5 months time.
- Dopod 585
- Motorola L7
- Panasonic VS6
- Samsung D510
- LG 5200
- Samsung E730
My budget is about $140 for 2 year plan (if got other better phones can list here)
My requirements :
- at least 1.3 megapixel cam with light
- Memory at least 60mb

Then you can kick the L7 out, it has cam but no light.

no lah...cause sometimes can use as emergency flashlight...that time went WP hougang rally the field condition wasnt quite good and cant see the field also...but lucky my k700 got flashlight behind -

Dopod 585 is just the O2 Xphone IIm rebadged.. older tech. Unless you like the Win Smartphone OS. -

Other than that, it's quite a powerful OS, and has a lot of applications.
