Where to get Pc telephone?

hi guys, remember during the time when we are using Window 95? There's an application in window that allows us to make PC phone calls?
It's no longer available in win XP(At least i think its not
).
Can i know if there's a software to be used?
I always have tele-conferencing but holding the phone or using a speaker call function from a telephone is really troublesome, that way i need a PC phone.
Btw, i've tried using a program call the PC-Telephone, i duno why but i juz can't use it. Can't dial it thru i mean, maybe its not too applicable in SG(Or maybe i dunno how to use it hehe)
Is there a PC-phone u guys can recommend me? those u guys hav been using would be preferable~ Thanks^^ -

oh yes. i think i know what u mean. u just insert the telephone jack into the comp rite... when the phone rings...just talk thru the mic...
yeah... win 95 only have... XP dun have.. dunno why. is there a separate entity? -

dunno if i am out of technology....but i have recently seen yahoo messenger having this service PC calls.....you might want to try it........

they have quite a number of computer telephones softwares to choose from. maybe you can get some ideas from there... -
