Files got VIRUS but not healed

my sister's computer kenna virus.
1 file healed but 3 files not healed.
means AVG can only detect but cannot heal the files?
what to do now? -

sometimes the virus attaches themself with programs that are currently running -
wad is the name of the virus, and wad file did the virus infected? try booting into safe mode and scan again.. if still can't heal, and if the file is not a important system file, jus delete..

alternatively, set avg to run on reboot..cos sum items maybe runnin in the memory so cant be deletd

They charge per hour, and still add in transport charge. They take their own sweet time, say can't do it here, have to take back, charge you again for ta pow, and come back 2 days later, same transport and per hour charge.Originally posted by TehJarVu:we are not sure.....
