  singnet replied my email liao! they jus explain there was unexpected technical glitches n hope tat i understand.. nb.. jus like tat.. i shoot another email demanding them to explain y the hotlines were down when i called during the stated operation timings..

  It's probably not outsourced. The person signing off is a local, though you can't bet too much on it. A name don't tell much.

  wireless...all the same...always DC for a while...then online again...depends on the mood o the connection
