  how to set up a fax number to send and receive arh?
  
  need to buy wad.. need to get new number? or wad service?
  
  sorry, i noob. and im sick of not able to send and receive fax.. thanks.

  I think fax works on a different phone line so yea, have to subscribe another line.
  
  I know Pacific Internet provides fax service, not sure about the other service providers. Singtel should have too

  As long as your comp has a 56k or below modem, the type that makes alot of noise, and symantec winfax pro, you're ready to go.

  u will need a fax machine connected to an analog phone point. any analog point can be use for fax.
  
  for example, you are using an analog phone, let say your friend wants to send fax to u. pluck out the phone cable and pluck it to the fax machine. tell your friend to send the fax to your phone no.
