HELP!! I cant access to my internet explorer!!

Yesterday, before I turn off my computer, everything was fine. Even scanned for virus everything. This afternoon, when i turn on my computer, I click on my IE. It lagged for a while before showing me the error msg as shown in the pic below. I restarted my computer many many times. And still cannot.
Cant be connection problem cos i can still log into my MSN Messenger. I scanned and deep scanned my comp...but cant find anything.
I didnt even touch any registry or delete any files yesterday.
So now i had to asked a friend over msn to help me download Firefox and send it to me. Now using firefox. Nothing happened. when i tried IE for one last time, still cannot... anyone knows what is the problem?

I've been getting this message too.
I thought it was just a bug or something in my Internet Explorer.
But I still can use my Explorer leh.

you're now forced into using better and more reliable browsers. Bear says that Opera is better 
I don't click OK anymore ever since I got that Winfixer virus. Nowadays whenever there's a unfamiliar dialog box associated with my Internet Explorer popping out, I click the X instead. -

initially i cant. then i asked a friend to download firefox for me thru msn. tats y now im using firefox. and i miss my IE!! -

Try updating Windows again. The previous patches created lots of problems for users. The newest patches solved the problems created. If you still can't get IE started, try using IE7. If you are too used to IE, try using IE compatible browsers like Avant and Maxthon. They work very much like IE, so you shouldn't have a problem adapting.

Low on virtual memory means your computer virtual memory is low. To solve this, right click on My Computer and select Properties.
Select the Advanced tab. Under Performance, click Settings.
Another window would pop out. Click on Advanced tab. Under Virtual Memory, click Change. Select System Managed Size. Save all the settings by clicking OK.
