Regarding my OS

  Im using a chinese windows xp pro OS now. Is there anyway i can change my current os to a English OS???

  You will need to get the English version of MS XP Pro and reinstall in your system...

  If by default the language is Chinese, which means everything is in Chinese, you have to reinstall.
  
  If it is not, you can change the language settings.
  
  Open Control Panel and select Regional and Language Settings.
  
  Click on the Advanced tab. Under Language for non-Unicode programs, change the language to English (United States).

  You have to get a version that is in English.
