Urgent question. plz help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  hi, i hc this TOCA Race Driver3 game over here. However, when i put the cd into the drive, they wasnt able to read it. When i clicked on the F drive, the com say plz put in a cd.
  
  Xperts out there, please help. Is there anyway i can like change the format or sth like tat??

  Firstly, the game disc is DVD or CD ?
  
  Secondly, Which type of drive you have (CD-ROM/DVD-ROM/Combo)?

  its a dvd rom. and im using a compact disc drive. is that y it cant be played? how am i gonna mend this?

  erm... if i'm not wrong, ur cd is a dvd, and your disc drive its a cd drive, but not a dvd rom. if thats the case, of course ur cd drive cant read it

  a dvd rom cannot be play on a compact disc drive...
  when you bought the game...you shld have known that..

  lan lan scuk thumb lor...
  
  or u can try creating an image of it on your desktop...using daemon tools...then try to run from there...

  Erm can u explain again? i know daemon tools, but my com isnt even able to read the F drive!

  hmm...create the image(.iso) on another computer...then copy that image(.iso) onto your own computer?
  then viola...
  
  tedious though...might as well get a dvd combo drive...better yet...dvd burner...

  You can't play a DVD ROM on a CD drive.
  
  You have to get a DVD drive to play it.
