  check your cards, make sure they are plugged in properly to the motherboard.
  
  ensure all cables are connected properly too. give them all a push.

  Sounded like what me went through when my IBM ThinkPad gave up on me.. After checking, me found the BIOS died after power up, it was 5 short beeps...
