Graphic Card Question

  Hi There.
  
  There are so many model of graphic cards out there. Example like 6200TC , 6600GT and 6600Le. The most i know of them is just that the most expensive the graphic is better is it.
  
  But i'm quite curious how do people define which graphic card is better. Browse through some website and saw some specs of those graphic card.
  Which i totally dun understand what does it mean
  
  Example like :
  
  Memory Interface 128-bit
  Memory Bandwidth 16.0 GB/sec.
  Fill Rate (texels/sec.) 4.0 billion
  Vertices per Second 375 million
  Memory Data Rate 1000 MHz
  Pixels per Clock (peak) 8 8
  RAMDACs 400 MHz 400 MHz
  
  Is there anyway to know the different performace of each graphic cards as stated in their specs?
  
  Which specs should i look at to know which is a better one..and what does all those really means?

  youcan help yourself by checking for information on graphic cards terms over the internet....i got one for you on RAMDAC...the rest u have to help yourself since it is u yourself who wanted to know all

  first identify what u want to use the graphics card for (office applications? videos?games?large/ multiple screens? etc) and work towards a budget and hardware specification that suites you.
