  then go up ramps at high speed and jump off in mid air. The motorbike will explode on impact
  
  or just do 1st step n ram the bike into cars at high speed

  it changes all the vehicle to the modern world. like a admiral (hope my selling is correct) to a BMW 325i
  and a WW2 airplane. you can fly as high as you want.
  a skate board park is added outside ocean beach and a dirt bike part is added near ocean beach.

  if you want to see the full sex scene in GTA SA, go find "hotcoffee" mod.
  
  GTA SA without that mod, you can date girls(during certain time of the game) and then she invite you into her house for "coffee", if you choose yes, you see the house shaking up and down for a while, then you come out.
  
  If "hotcoffee" mode is installed, you can date them anytime in the game. And when she invite you in and choose yes, go get to play some mini game. During the mini game, you can see sex scene.
