anyone know how do i get this thing off my pc.
I have did virus scan it is not detected.
adware and search & destroy scan also but cannot detect.
Then i go search for the exe file which is sv.exe and i deleted it.
But after all this the dl still popup when i connect to the net.

First, kill these 2 processes (right click and click End process) in Task Manager if they are there:
drsmartload.exe, drsmartload1.exe
Secondly, Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.
See if you can find any of these installed:
"UCmore - The Search Accelerator"
"Command"
"Internet Optimizer"
"ISTsvc"
"Power Scan"
"Surf Accuracy"
"SideFind"
"TSA"
"YourSiteBar"
If they are, uninstall them.
After this, download CCleaner and clean up your system. Make sure you are not connected to the Internet.
Next, download Ewido Anti-spyware and do a scan. Update the definitions before scanning.
After scanning and removing, reboot your computer.
Open registry editor. (Start, Run, regedit)
Find this key and delete only the part highlighted in red:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\drsmartload
Restart computer after that. Do another anti-spyware scan with one or more anti-spywares and see if it's completely removed. -
i have dl the anti spyware prog but it cannot detect.
and i cannot find the file in regedit -

I look at the service you end in task manager, it's not the one used by drsmartload spyware. If you are infected by drsmartload, those are the 2 processes present in task manager. It should also create a registry entry. Since it's not there, it's probably other spywares.
