First, kill these 2 processes (right click and click End process) in Task Manager if they are there:
drsmartload.exe, drsmartload1.exe
Secondly, Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.
See if you can find any of these installed:
"UCmore - The Search Accelerator"
"Command"
"Internet Optimizer"
"ISTsvc"
"Power Scan"
"Surf Accuracy"
"SideFind"
"TSA"
"YourSiteBar"
If they are, uninstall them.
After this, download
CCleaner and clean up your system. Make sure you are not connected to the Internet.
Next, download
Ewido Anti-spyware and do a scan. Update the definitions before scanning.
After scanning and removing, reboot your computer.
Open registry editor. (Start, Run, regedit)
Find this key and delete only the part highlighted in red:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\
drsmartloadRestart computer after that. Do another anti-spyware scan with one or more anti-spywares and see if it's completely removed.
