Access Is Denied

  Anyone here know how to access my folders in my portable harddisk but it keeps giving me a popup window, stating "Access Is Denied."
  
  Me got important files in the folder...

  It's able to show my portable harddisk, but when me click on my folder when the files are stored previously, it just stated "Access is denied."
