Visiting a porn website by itself isn't as risky. I would think that porn site webmasters, like any other online businessmen, would want to keep their servers as virus-free as possible. It's bad business for them to have infected websites.
Downloading MP3s from unknown sources... now THAT's risky. Buying and downloading MP3s from reputable online stores (Soundbuzz, iTunes, etc) is fine, but using P2P programs are another matter altogether. You never know whether the computer from which you're downloading the MP3 may already be badly infected. -
