HP Pavillion w1284d - Keyboard Buttons Help!

  I'm using a HP Pavillion w1284d now.
  
  There are several buttons on the keyboard I'm supposed to be able to configure - when I press a button, it should bring me to a website automatically.
  
  Thing is, I cannot find the place that lets me configure these buttons, not under Hardware, nor under Keyboard Properties.
  
  I've tried searching under Help and Support, and this is one of the lines of instruction :
  
  

  Click Control Panel.
  Click Printers and Other Hardware, if present.

  
  
  But I don't have the folder Printers and Other Hardware under Control Panel, and the instructions do not say where else I should look in, if not present.
  
  And so I'm wondering if anyone knows what I can do to change the websites those keyboard buttons will take me to.

  Does HP has a control panel or something?
  
  Because I'm using Acer, and they have a control panel to let me configure all these buttons. The name is usually the company name. For example, mine is Acer Launch Manager.
