where can find free mailing list for website

  anyone know? I think bravenet mailing list but when i cut away their bravent logo, the thing doesn't seem to work. Anyone using also? Any recommedation to find a mailing list service for your web site vistors that is free and good? Aweber is like 1oo plus per year, so expensive.
