Did you install or add in any new device lately? If you did, try removing the device and reinstall the device driver again... Look like an interrupt conflict...

Take out all expansion cards except the graphics card, keyboard and mouse and hard disk.
Restart the computer. See if there's anything wrong. If there's none, slot in another expansion card. Restart the computer again. Repeat this until you get this error again. This time, take note of the errors it gives you.
If there are no errors, try doing an antivirus scan to see if it conflicts. -

There no blue screen
I found out that it automatic restart usually when i open too many programs or windows especially when i open window media classic.
And when the com on again,it ask me to chose which OS to use, winxp or microsoft recovery console.
As for virus and spyware,i don't think there any from the scans i did. -

You probably don't have enough memory to run a lot of programs. Closed unused programs before opening a new one. Or it could be your computer cannot supply enough power, resulting in failure.
