Serious Problem with my PC..

  when i on it, it hangs and display a blank screen..
  gonna press the reset button twice then windows can start..
  
  so what's the problem??

  give ur system specs... which windows version u using? how old ur ur hardware?

  I think your BIOS settings is porbably wrong.
  
  Or, the front panel pins are wrongly connected.

  maybe ur motherboard is failing. or u can try updating ur bios

  neber post detailed hardware and software specification..neber proactively giv deails on whatever modication or computer brand name prior to computer having prob...its like u wake up one fiine morning and the computer goes down on you....still have to help him first by askin for details so that we can help ourselves by helpin him find solutions.

  As it is a Windows, you will suffer from all kinds of stupid and funny problems if you do not have SP2. Go get it first.
