Can a computer run 2 Msn Messengers @ the same time?

  My bro's comp broke down liaoz.. he wanted to share comp with me.. we tried to use 2 MSNs at the same time.. but couldn't. Even when we used another "windows account" to run the messenger.exe, still, no response...
  
  Tried to install MSN in my other partition other than the one with my OS in ... it doesnt even ask which directory i wanna install it to, it just automatically installs it in C: ...
