what's your old 'bad' card model? was it an Nvidia? if so try to completely clean the Nvidia underlying graphics drivers first before installing your A9550 ATI driversOriginally posted by LBextreme:Intel pentium 4, 2.4ghz

Motherboard?

old card is MSI Ti4200.Originally posted by troublemaker2005:what's your old 'bad' card model? was it an Nvidia? if so try to completely clean the Nvidia underlying graphics drivers first before installing your A9550 ATI drivers
MSI ti4200's definitely an Nvidia card. you can next time get some freeware out there that completely removes Nvidia drivers after you uninstall the Nvidia drivers with the MSI card still plug in. before replacing card uninstall your drivers and also clean it after. shut down computer. remove Nvidia card and install new ATI card. start computer will be prompt to install new hardware drivers...follow instructions as printed onscreen.Originally posted by LBextreme:old card is MSI Ti4200.
Well.. i think i might just try reformating the whole comp again.![]()
