desktop icons all not 'visible'

  there's a problem in me viewing their icons...
  
  looks like a regular problem because it happens at my desktop too..
  
  anyone can help?

  Right click on your desktop, select Properties.
  
  Go to the Desktop tab.
  
  Click Customize Desktop...
  
  In the General tab, select My Computer and click Change Icon.
  
  In the Look for icons in this file textbox, browse to this location:
  
  C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe
  
  Do the same for My Documents, but this time the location would be:
  
  C:\WINDOWS\system32\mydocs.dll
  
  For Recycle Bin, the location would be C:\WINDOWS\system32\shell32.dll
