Am doing it right now. Just now I checked my broadband speed.
Then got link to tell me to tweak it now.
What izzit exactly? Will it change my system??

Simply put, tweaking their PCs allows a user to customize to his or her likes. Just changing the screensaver is also tweaking, although serious geeks won't call it tweaking. They just call it changing or whatever terms they like.
It won't change your system, unless you put in another OS disc. -
There really isn't much thats going to happen. Your computer won't spoil, your documents still there, you system remains. Since you asked what tweaking is, i assumed you did not know how to do it or understand how it work, whatever thing it is you want to tweak. So i suggest you better get enough info about it first, fully understand it, before doing things to your network. -
