After purchasing over 10 Dell machines in over a decade's period of time, I can honestly say that you have lost me as a customer. I will probably turn to HP since they do not seem to have the problems that Dell does. As a footnote, I have seen the store in Dallas and whoever thought of the ideal to have a store in a mall that does not offer products for immediate sale needs to be fired.
