How ot troubleshoot Hang?

its not like when i open the program it hangs str8 away, but it jus suddenly hang in the middle of it, dota, watching video, surfingh web, got one time i nv do anything leave my room come back and it hangs. This is damn dulaning!!!!

Ur system specs lo...mus realy upgrade...Especilly must add RAM...Wads your processor?

dun think is specs mah, my previous com oso same specs run all the same things, it doesnt hang at all. Is there anyway to like, ask the com not to hang if this particular thing is bothering it?
coz i noe can ask the com not to auto-restart if got problem. -

Anyway if really cannot, just reformat as the last resort.
Auto-restart i think it only happens when the blue screen pops out -
no la previous com spoil so i use my sibling's one haha
