nero error message

what this error message mean sia? -
You are log in as a normal user with no adminstrative rights.
You need to log into an admin account, or change settings to allow yourself have adminstrative rights.
If i not wrong, can be done at control panel>users account, from there you figure out yourself.

Only a disc that is labelled as REWRITABLE can be erased. The discs will write something like CD-RW or DVD-RW. -
