nero error message

  What I notice over the years of using nero is that as nero gets newer, the older cdrom drives cannot be detected.

  It could be that drivers are not updated. Update your CD drivers.

  Right click My Computer, Properties.
  
  Select the Hardware tab. Click on Device Manager.
  
  Find your CD/DVD drives. Click on the + sign.
  
  Right click and select Update driver.
