Is it possible to close your laptop while still downloading?

  As in i dont open the lid. Close it, put inside bag, then keep downloading? (got wireless internet network)

  I don't know how much of cushion are you giving to your laptop. But if your laptop happens to knock onto something then got to check.

  Your laptop will be spoilt easily because the heat generated can damage your lcd screen and when it's stuffed in the bag, the ventilator might be blocked and unable to remove heat efficiently.

  go control panel> performance and maintenance > power options. change settings can le but scared laptop overheat spoil so never try till now.

  Can, as long as you don't move away from the wireless network.
  
  But it's not recommended. The bag would be stuffy and air will not be able to circulate efficiently.

  Yea, just change power setting. But its not recommended to put the laptop in the bag while its still running
  
  My friend accidentally leave her laptop on while she kept it in her bag. When she check after half an hour, half the LCD screen not able to display anything, but the pixels came back to life one by one
