Why my internet laggy!!??

Very funn lei today.
From afternoon, my internet has been very laggy. Even simple website like Yahoo they cannot load webpage.
All the sites including sgforums also. Must refresh a lot of times then can...
Izzit becos of any spyware or wad??
Internet damn slow!!

even google also took 5 seconds to load when normally i click go, will straight away see google homepage....
think my own internet got problem...
but maybe it ish singnet fault also... -
Singnet no problems now...
You scan for spywares and all those rubbish things, remove them, restart computer and see how.
If no improvement, Singnet's problem, not user's problem. -

dun give me online scan... dun think can even load the page..
i already tried scanning using defender...but nothing.
i restart many many times liao...also same thing..
