Error message upon startup

  I know this isn't serious, but I got the following error message upon startup:
  
  
  
  Anyone with any idea what it means?

  it means: you should go buy an Apple or install Linux on this machine..
  
  but seriously, it happened to my notebook... after a while, it disappeared...
  
  then the problems with the HDD happened.. not sure if it's related but i don't think so..

  go msconfig and find out which service has such string.
