Msn technical problem!!!help me!!!argh!!!

  When i login msn, a box pops out and says :
  
  Signing in to Windows Live Messanger failed because the service is currently unavaiable, pls try again later
  Error code: 81000314
  
  Can anybody help me with this problem?
  Cos its definitely not service or server down cos i went to msn- tool- connection and tested it says that im am able to connect.
  
  I also checked the Msn status and it says system running.
  
  Pls help me!! Is there anywebsites tat may beable o fix this?
  
  I tried to reinstal the program but no use.

  Singnet seems to be unable to connect through a direct connection..
  
  Only if you use proxy then can connect to web sites as of now, but MSN still doesnt work..

  I called the Singnet Tech Sup last night, they are having technical problems. I too can't connect to anything last night too, so bascially it affects everyone.
  
  Later on, we're able to connect liao, but some of the services are not avaliable e.g. MSN, due to the "rush job" Singnet is giving us. Checked Tracert, connecting to local sites are ok, but lag big time on overseas sites. Games like World Of Warcraft lag big time too.
  
  Played the game abit, then disconnected. Checked Tracert again, seems like the "node" to connect to overseas websites goes down again, time of incident : around 3:00am+.
  
  It seems to be alrite now, the ping is stable, MSN can be logged in. But I still don't know about what Singnet is going to pull in the future, it makes me feel very insecure about this ISP company, hell, make it all Singapore ISP companies.
  
  My advise for Singnet users, don't sign up for new plans for Singnet, cause, if they can't even make the current connection plans stable, what makes you think they'll be stable when you sign up the new plans? Ya, stable, for a few months only that is, after that they'll go down the drain.
