  yr system boot partition is gone...
  
  if u hav a bootable disk, run it and then do this at the prompt: sys c:

  You got remove any system files or not?
  
  Or your antivirus got clean anything lately?
  
  I know of 3 antivirus that cleanup the wrong things and resulted in this.
  
  Symantec, McAfee and CA are the 3.
  
  CA is known as Computer Associates or eTrust.
