Lesser programs to load when startup

  Hi, anyone knows where can I prevent so many programs to auto load when I start my computer? Cos' there's too many programs loading and it slows down when I start my computer everytime...

  start>run>msconfig> startup
  
  uncheck progs u dun wan to startup

  Anything from C:\Windows or similar must start.
  
  Anything from C:\Program Files are optional, except antivirus and firewall.
