I'm now able to do the upgrade already and decided to choose the 1500kbps plan. Do you guys think its worth it to sign up now as there isn't any free stuffs?
It cost $43.95/month if I upgrade it to the ADSL2+ Integrated Wireless Modem. Anyone knows if the modem is good? And does that mean I will be able to use wireless at home and do not need to buy another router? -

Maxonline too expensive for me leh... My whole family support Singtel one...
All singtel line and I also don't have cable TV... So don't think it's gonna be cheap...

switch to starhub. i used singnet 2 mths only i oreadi decided i wanna change to starhub once my contract expires.

Gets MOL. But when comes to playing online games, lag like h*ll.

Yeah, I use it everyday. Heavy online surfing and downloading. Lol. Don't really play games.
But I would only subscribe for singnet. So you guys think it's not worth it? And can answer me about the modem question please? Thanks!

i signed up in May for singnet BB 1500 plan $43 per month
upgraded to 2Wire wireless modem at $138
the modem is ok lah..... so far no problem...... only once i had to call techincal support becos cannot connect after i put comp to standby and when i got back to it, the Internet did not connect...... once only -

singnet sux lor. I dunno why my mother keep on supporting singtel. She told me, " Boy, if you support singtel hor, Next time you'll have rebate or discount", let's wait a few more years" wtf

I've not really experience frequent d/cs, neither is it slow and the customer service for me is super good. Maybe because I call them for the first time, must leave good impression. -

last time when my family bought it, the price is $58 per month which comes with a k508i hp...
so if u minus off $58-44=14
$14*24= 336 = 1 sony ericsson k508i
so i would say without goodies is cheaper -

i just saw singnet's website and they are having this offer of $29.95 for 512k broadband.
that's freaking cheap. and to think in the late 90s, one will have to pay $70+ for a 512k plan.
wonder are there still 56k plans? for users who refuses to upgrade? -
Got free 512 starting from next year and still want us to pay?
Some more Singtel is offering it.
