Eh I oso got this warning just now...but it was for another file in my comp...then asked me to run chkdsk oso...after i ran it, the warning never showed up le...

A menu with a lot of options will show. Use the up down arrows to select Safe Mode. Press Enter. If they prompt you to select an OS, select Windows XP. Prompt what mode you want again, select Safe Mode and press Enter.
Then navigate to My Computer and find the file to delete it. -
