  Try buying another brand of DVD discs to test. Or if you still have other discs, use the spare ones to try.
  
  If other discs still give the same problem, you then bring it down for service.
  
  Any one of the shops at top level. Not too sure which one to recommend, I barely go to the top level unless I want to see some fancy stuff.

  i bought another dvd+R(maxell) also can't work. i intending to buy a dvd drive. anyone can rec.?
