Computer time always reset

  my computer always tells me to hit F1 when booting up and when i am into windows, i have to reset the time and date again.
  
  What's wrong and what can i do to solve this problem?

  Battery might be dying...
  
  Try resetting the BIOS information to default and see how.
  
  If it's still the same, buy a new battery.
