  My start programs became like this.... Look at the extreme right...

  look like u have too many porgramme .. delete some away

  Right click start button Properties
  Start menu tab Customize Advanced tab Scroll through the list and tick the 'Scroll programs' Option

  Tried that... It results in the large icons on the left side of the screen becoming smaller... Doesn't affect my list of programs...

  For too many programs on Start menu is like that de...
  
  If your monitor can go very high resolution, then change it to a higher one. Words smaller only.

  Create a subfolder and put some of the directories in it
