  I wan to use in skype or msn or yahoo
  no need so expensive
  reliable one for the above said use

  Can try to go sim lim sqaure.
  look out for $18 web cam, it comes along with micro phone..
  but dun expect a full screen webcam view.

  think i point u have to consider is the brightness of the cam...how much light can go into the cam...
  
  since u probably will be depending on the lightings in your enviroment...
