HP nx6115, what class of laptop is this? And probs too...

Is my laptop a buisness class or a gaming class? Judging from the black exterior, i think it's a buisness one. HP nx6115. I wish to play Call of Duty, but it hangs.
Specs: AMD Turion64 mobile processor 1.8Ghz,
512 shared graphics 128 MB ram, 60GB HDD which is the 2nd unit after i sent it for servicing.
Also,
1)My laptop's SMART monitoring software says my HDD is now 58% fitness, and having 182 reallocated blocks. What should i do? I sent it for servicing to replace the 1st HDD, which had that same SMART error. Now this is my 2nd HDD and i don't wish to send it for servicing. 3 days of torture.
2) My laptop has 512MB (effectively 384 due to the 128 eaten up by graphics). Should i upgrade the ram to increase the speed? A technician says that my laptop processes are CPU intensive ,nothing to do with the ram.
(The process taking 99 CPU time is System Idle Process
),
3) Is it common for HP laptops to hang while shutting down? My laptop always hang while shutting down, even if i did not run any programs and it's a unit just back from servicing.
My apologies if it's too wordy. I am really worried. Thank you for any help available. -
Trust me, 99% system idle is better than 99% busy, coz I can show you what its like.
Seems like not enough ram. -

business. gaming machines tend not to use shared VRAM's.
and laptops arent build for gaming too.

Either the batch of HDD they are using now cmi, or as i've said, notebooks are not for intensive data read/writes and gaming. ur HDD already suffer enough knocks day-to-day.

I'd recommend you to upgrade to 1GB by adding a 512MB to slot 2. Anything beyond that will only help if u open a lot of programs, cos speeds dun generally improve beyond 1GB RAM (probably due to bus speed limitations), they only help u keep more programs running together at once.

No comments, but likely you can try Googling for your solution or patching your Windows with updates from Microsoft to resolve this issue. -
Honestly speaking, nx6115 is a business-catered laptop...
And frankly speaking, running a AMD Turion processor on a laptop is never a consideration for me due to the heat dissipated by the Turion processor...
Of course not to mention running games like Call of Duty on a Turion built laptop... It's never a option for me... -
so the best solution: dont play so much DOTA.

At that point of time, i am running IE 7 and the System idle process is at 99%. IE7 was downloading something. Uh..yea. Why? I also use Mozilla Firefox 2.0 . And is it true that Turion 64 chips are hotter then their Centrino Duo counterpart? The technician is right. It has nothing to do with the RAM. If you wish to improve speeds, you can upgrade the RAM. HP has added loads of rubbish which will load during boot, that's why it's CPU intensive. Nothing else. If your warranty has not expired, please do not upgrade your RAM elsewhere, other than at authorized HP dealers, resellers or repair shops. If you do so, warranty will be void. If your warranty has expired, go ahead and find someone you trust to upgrade the RAM for you. Check HP website for the correct RAM or the manual that comes with it.
System Idle is always taking up the highest CPU time if you are not doing anything that is intensive enough. If you do, like using Photoshop, you will notice that the System Idle process CPU time drops, and your laptop's performance will drop too.

AMD chips in laptops are damn hot, enough to burn hands. Trust me. That's my heater in RP, where the air con temperatures are almost nearing zero (not exactly, just that it's so cold that it feels like it is). -

I got this lappy for $1.5K, still have i think 6 months warranty. If, and only if i want to trade in/resell, how much will i get? ( i personally thinking of trade -in). -
