firewall questions (MSN messenger)

  i am unable to log on to MSN after i installed Zonealarm
  
  
  
  and i have windows firewall on too..if thats any help
  
  so how do i get MSN back online?

  My company had blocked msn wif firewall... I'm deprived from instant messenger.. save me...
  
  can anyone tell me the various websites where can i go to access and sign in messengers as per normal when in office?
